I heard three words I thought I would never hear yesterday: taupo luxury accommodation. I never really thought that Taupo and luxury went together, but I also hadn’t been to Taupo since I was 15 (I’m now 50) so I thought I should head up for a visit to see for myself. I arrived and I have to say I couldn’t believe my eyes. A lot had changed in those 35 years and I have to say the place I stayed was very luxurious. After seeing the truth for myself I realized that I shouldn’t have such a negative outlook and base my opinions on really old memories. I’ve decided to go visit a few more places around my wonderful country and to give places a second chance.
