I was on the Internet searching for my second cousin who lives up in Bishop California and has been a western painter for the past twenty six years. This interested me because I have been in charge of a non-profit that helps former military personnel and our office is decorated in a western theme. While on the Internet I started reading about how to lose beer gut on a blob site that I had found. The blob site was very well written and it directed me to another website that actually had a system to lose weight and build up stomach muscles.
