My company is one of the few thriving companies in this state. This has a lot to do with my theory of how to keep a business growing. What I have found to be the best business practice is to treat employees the way I want to be treated. Instead of just people that work for me, I consider each employee an important member of my family. Each year I reward them with an added incentive.
