I heard this really interesting debate the other night. It wasn’t a political debate or anything like that. It was a debate over the best exercises to lose weight. Not I didn’t realize there were so many exercises, but one thing started me. Almost all of the exercises these guys were talking about had nothing to do with any formal gym or big piece of exercise equipment. One thing that one of the debaters mentioned was that arguably, the people that were in the best shape throughout history were the ancient Greeks, and all they had to get in shape was a bunch of rocks. Something to consider if you are thinking about joining a gym in the future.
