Most people think that children naturally take to sleeping because infants and small children spend so much time sleeping.  Sleep is a very important part of the developing child and when that normal cycle is turned upside down for some reason it can really cause a lot of problems in the child’s health.  When there are sleep disorders in children it may seem odd to some people but it does happen.  The seriousness of the situation should not be taken lightly as the sleep time for a child is extremely important for their health.  If there is a problem help should be sought immediately.
