i ma still looking to get rid of the lower ab fat that i am havinnga really hard time dealing with. i  know tha tit is my diet that is lacking or that i am doing something wrong somewhere. i just need to find out where the problem is and get it fixed and keep it that way. i know that it is really hard to keep in good condition all year around but i still want to be in decent condition most of the time.  this is achievable right?  the abdominal training workouts that i have been using are working great though.
