My brother in law Jeff makes the absolute best pizza. I don’t know how he does it, it’s actually that good. He cooks it over an open fire in the fire pit he built in the back yard. So, I guess you could call it a grilled pizza. He then tops it with a home made italian sauce, garlic and a three cheese blend of which he won’t devulge. I can’t quite wrap my tastebuds around what kind of cheese it is, but I know one thing..it is gooood. For the toppings he uses a spicy Italian sausage, fresh basil and roasted peppers. It’s an absolute masterpiece!
