i ma still looking to get rid of the lower ab fat that i am havinnga really hard time dealing with. i  know tha tit is my diet that is lacking or that i am doing something wrong somewhere. i just need to find out where the problem is and get it fixed and keep it that way. i know that it is really hard to keep in good condition all year around but i still want to be in decent condition most of the time.  this is achievable right?  the abdominal training workouts that i have been using are working great though.

Originally my decision was not to bother with malaria prophylaxis, simply because the drugs involved are not always known to have a nice effect on the consumer’s general well being, the side effects can be quite intense and unpleasant and when you are away travelling the last thing you wan to be is sick. I also found out that only some areas of Thailand which is where I will be spending the most part of my travels, are of high risk. I do have a tendency to wander off the beaten path, but no border crossing or deep jungle trekking! However as my trip draws nearer, I am beginning to think I have made a mistake and perhaps I  should have gone and just taken the drugs to minimise my chances of catching the disease.

My daughter was about to go off to college, which was something she had been looking forward to doing for the past two ears. We were giving her one of the used cars to drive and would also be sending her off with affordable health insurance. My son was in a serious car accident last year, involving several vehicles and including ours.
