There are way too many expenses that you have to deal with when running a business. This is a normal thing to happen. You have to spend in order to gain profit. What expenses have you made that can benefit your employees? You need to keep in mind that your employees deserve to be given attention as well. You should not solely focus on your goals and plans. You need to look into the welfare of your employees, too. Bear in mind that they are the ones who can help you achieve your targets. Do you think they are contented with the salary you provide for them? Do they wear decent uniforms and name badges? These many be negligible for you but these things matter most to your employees. You need to make sure that your employees are well motivated in accomplishing the tasks you assign to them. You are the first person who will benefit from it anyway.
