I want my husband of twenty years to be wowed by me on our second honeymoon. Our kids are now out of the house and we have finally started to enjoy our new time alone. While watching the news last night, my husband and I were watching as the local police used pepper spray to contain a prisoner.  This stuff is supposed to burn your eyes terribly bad, which renders the victim, or prisoner in this case, helpless for a period of time.  Pepper spray is something I have carried for quite a while.  I do not want to be in a position where my life or property is in danger without having a way to protect myself.  I have convinced my sister and my best friend to carry pepper spray with them wherever they go.

I have decided to see a doctor for my irrational fears of swimming. When ever I was a child, I almost drowned in a wave simulating swimming pool. That really scared me. I was very young too. I have never really went swimming again. My doctor is helping me with techniques to overcome anxiety and panic attack I have while I am attempting to go swimming.  I really want to go swimming with my niece and nephew but I just need to over come this fear I have had for such a long time. I really hope all these techniques I have learned helps me do just that!
