Kevin rescued a fawn yesterday. Someone found it in the parking lot where he works. No woods anywhere near by. Poor thing.  He called the game warden who said it was too young to survive in the woods alone so of course, Kevin brought him home. He doesn’t seem sick or injured, just stressed out. He’s not eating very much which makes me nervous but Kevin is gonna take him outside today to see if maybe he wants grass instead of milk. We’re trying to find a farm or some place to take it but have not been successful yet. We know of one possible place close by but the people are out of town. There’s a wildlife expo this weekend that he’s going to so I’m crossing my fingers he can find someone who knows something there.  On our way home, I hope I remember to stop by the local coffee shop and buy a bag of beans for my melitta coffee Grinders.

Last weekend I went to Big Bear to do some skiing. The weather has been turning sort of warm so I believed this would be the last time I would be skiing this winter. At one point I was running low on a little cash so I went down to a Bank of America ATM down in the city to get some additional funds. After completing my ATM transaction I walked back to my car.
